These terms govern your use of the Axiodoc website, client portal, and document-processing services ("the Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. Axiodoc is a document-processing service operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@axiodoc.com.
The Services
Axiodoc builds and operates custom pipelines that convert documents into structured, searchable data. The website presents indicative information and pricing; figures shown are starting points, and final pricing is confirmed in a written quote.
Accounts and credits
- Client-portal access is provided to onboarded clients for monitoring usage and managing credits.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Processing is drawn against pre-purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in your agreement, and do not expire unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to submit any documents you provide and to have them processed.
- You must not use the Services unlawfully or to process material you are not authorised to handle.
Deliverables and accuracy
Automated extraction is highly accurate but not infallible. Unless a specific accuracy level or validation tier is agreed in writing, deliverables are provided on a best-efforts basis and should be reviewed before use in critical decisions.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights in the documents and data you provide, and in the structured output we deliver to you. Axiodoc retains all rights in its own pipelines, methods, software, and know-how.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the Services.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiodoc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the Services or comply with law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
